We were three children, when our father died we did not see much change in our lives, we were living in the bush called Magombela. But this year, when our mother died in January, we had to move to our father's brother, at Mkamba. Life there is different compared to my mothers home; my uncle's wife did not want us to be there. Sometimes I had to go and look for my little brother who always run away, and when we returned my uncle's wife had already made food for her children and there was nothing left for us. If we were home when she made food she said very bad words to us as we were eating. I did not go to school since January since nobody can take me there, it was very far.

I say thanks a lot to have this chance so I can go to school and have a comfortable life at ECCC
